I do - same one for Wordle and Quordle, and I have a couple of additional words for Quordle and Octordle to eliminate a different set of 5 common letters.

No, I always use a different starter word. Whatever comes into my head, really

It helps me because I can remember which letters are still possibles.

Yes, same. I focus on getting the vowels in the first two words.

I always use “tears” as it knocks out two vowels and three common letters to start. Today was a horrid one!

Other words with 3 vowels...canoe, pious, ideas. I tend not to use them too much as I am very disappointed and stumped when none of them come up.

Couldn't even remember if I did it today, let alone what the word was!

I start with ADIEU which is surprisingly accepted as a valid Wordle word.
My second word varies but normally has O in it if I feel lacking in vowels

We did have SAUTE the other day, so (at least some) foreign words seem OK?

I quite like adios but didn't use it today.
