Halfpast, that is funny. Please report back tomorrow, and I hope you feel better soon. I'm picturing a line of forgetful husbands, looking for a shop open on a Sunday night.
We had our weekly Zoom call with the kids and my MIL. There was good news from my son. The firm that's offered him a job when he graduates has sent him a form to fill out to indicate his work location and start date preferences. He's told them that he prefers to work remotely and start in the beginning of September, so it looks like he'll be home in New York and not looking for a cheap flat in Boston.
One reason he selected the September start date is that he needs to get 12 additional university credit hours beyond what he'll graduate with to take his accounting certification exam. He can do them online, but that would be difficult while working full time, so he'll do them from home over the summer.
The cats will be thrilled to have him back. He's one of their favorite servants.
