Having a party tonight... last minute tips please?

Can't sleep because I'm excited. 22 adults are coming, no children. DH and DCs won't be here. I have

Disco light
Playlist and speakers
Wine, vodka, gin, mixers
Making vodka jelly this morning
Snacks- crisps, pizza, cheeses etc
Lots of glasses

Any last minute ideas to make it fun?

Cocktail sausages that are in the aisle with the ham and quiche etc are most definitely already cooked. I buy a pack every week

A boring one, but plenty of paper towels in the bathroom to wipe your hands on. You could make a new playlist on Spotify and let everyone pick one favourite song each!

For crying out loud, so teachers aren't allowed to socialise like everyone else can – i.e. indoors, in pubs, in nightclubs etc – until Covid is eradicated? You wouldn't begrudge doctors or nurses a much-need night out, why not teachers?

Get everyone to put there phones in a draw so they join in and don't spend all there time taking photos to 'make memories'

When we have parties, I put a plastic crate somewhere really obvious for the empties and, having strategically moved the glass recycling bin to just by the front door, tip the crate in there on a regular basis.

There will be wine and cheese so ut could be a cabinet party!

The thought if wearing masks in my house with my triple jabbed colleagues who have been at the chalk face through this whole shitstorm and truly deserve a break is absolutely hilarious.
