Still have a land line.
Still buy books.
Only have Sky.
Still got my CD’s and vinyl.

ouch321 · 30/01/2022 16:24

People who said they didn't have DVDs in 2010- but Nerflix and Prime only became a thing circa 2015.

CrimbleCrumble1 · 30/01/2022 16:25

Picking up our own takeaways.

GeneLovesJezebel · 30/01/2022 16:25

I still use cash and my debit card.
I will never pay with my phone after having money stolen with my contactless card. My cards are not contactless now.

User7698365 · 30/01/2022 16:27

I still have a DVD player, I bought a new one recently as ours was very old. Some things are not on any TV platform or there at vast expense to stream and a DVD is a couple of quid from eBay

EmmaH2022 · 30/01/2022 16:28

I think I do/use all these except vinyl.

Never had Sky TV.

Oh no! Do you mind if I ask how that happened?

I'm never sure if I should cover the contactless bit...I have heard some say it's a myth that money can be nicked that way.

Yellow pages

Scianel · 30/01/2022 16:32

Scheduled tv programmes.

Infinitemoon · 30/01/2022 16:32

Newspapers. I used always buy the Sunday paper. I just don't feel the need now as there is always so much to read online already.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 30/01/2022 16:33

Elderflower14 · 30/01/2022 16:36

Bebo and MySpace... MSN Messenger!

User7698365 · 30/01/2022 16:37

ADSL broadband, most people can get fibre of some description now

byvirtue · 30/01/2022 16:37

Oyster card

YourVagesty · 30/01/2022 16:38

I imagine that a huge percentage of satellite dishes are now redundant. Including the one on the side of my house which needs taking down but I forget that it's there.

I basically don't leave the house except to go food shopping, and even that is optional.

I can switch my dishwasher on via my mobile phone and check what's in the fridge via my phone.

I think what I'm basically saying is that my legs have become unnecessary Grin

The high street

mnahmnah · 30/01/2022 16:42

@YourVagesty

We got a new dish put up when we got Sky Q last year!

Blockbusters and video rental had already gone ten years ago surely? I had my eldest in 2012 and I can’t remember them being around then.

I used CDs and DVDs up until a couple of years ago.

Blockbusters finally went in 2014

MrsPerfect12 · 30/01/2022 16:44

Ahh yes, for children definitely still required and much loved.
