We're just cooking pork loin steaks & roasting some spuds with garlic and parmesan to go with them 😋

We'll have some salady bits too, on the side. What about you lot?

Ooh, I do like pasta. I added the ingredients for something along those lines to my shopping list earlier.

Vegetable pasta bake topped with plenty of mozzarella and garlic bread 😋

TheBestSpoon · 21/01/2022 17:29

Chicken and veg in tomato sauce with pasta. Something a bit healthier after yesterday's celebratory end-of-self-isolation chippie tea!

PollyCreo · 21/01/2022 17:30

I'm making Bombay potatoes and cauliflower Dahl, both with extra chillies. It's so so cold here (not UK) I need something to warm me up 🥶🥶🥶

Spaghetti carbonara. Can't wait, very hungry. Just been to Aldi and forgot garlic bread.

Love these threads for ideas!

We are having tacos, with all the trimmings and some extra snack type sides it's a tex mex platter apparently (from asda)

Bookaholic73 · 21/01/2022 17:34

Sausage pasta bake. I’m just using up leftover bags of pasta, veggies that need using up (carrots and peppers), 4 frozen sausages, some olives that need using.

I love pasta bake.

ShirleyPhallus · 21/01/2022 17:38

These all sound amazing, particularly sausage pasta bake and halloumi fajitas.

My husband is out tonight so tossing up between takeaway for one or freezer dinner. Or something that I’d never eat normally like a baked potato

Umbongoumbongo999 · 21/01/2022 17:39

Sweet potato wedges with veggie chili and avocado salsa. It's a bastardised Hello Fresh recipe and feels treaty but is actually pretty healthy

ghostmouse · 21/01/2022 17:43

Macaroni and cheese with bacon lardons in it.

Had fish and chips from the chippy.

Couldn't find the motivation to do it myself.
