One word / phrase for decades of your life

My 20s were filled with disaster.
Poor Mh, poor budgeting, piss poor taste in men, etc. I would never want to relive my early 20s. The word would be MISTAKES

All my kids and 99% of the children in my life were born during my 30s. I got married. I changed a lot. The word would be BIRTH

and now I'm 40. A relative died on my 40th birthday and I've realised that that's set the tone. I will lose a considerable number of people I love in the next decade. DParents are currently 66 and 62, MIL is 68. Aunts all lated 60s and 70s. I do work where I have made lots of friends who are around or older than my parents. I feel like this decades word will be DEATH. It feels so stark looking ahead and knowing this.

So what word or phrase would summarise each decade of your adulthood?

"What the hell was I thinking?"

20s - spectacular.
30s - amazing.
40s - exciting.
50s - fulfilling.

20s - lonely adventure leading to love
30s - make it all happen decade

Not yet in 40s but expect- tail chasing
50s - menopausal mayhem
60s - soul searching preparing for the second childhood
70s - make it all happen #2 before I can't....
80s+ who knows!

Teens - awkward
20s - fun
30s - enlightening

I’m sitll 30s and I have no idea if I like the enlightening process ahahaha

20s lonely
30s demanding
40s horrific

Teens - directionless
20s - non-stop
30s - discovering and achieving

I’m 32 but hope my 30s will lead to me figuring out some sort of career!

20 - misguided
30 - children

Nearly in the next decade... let's hope it's spectacular

Teens - freedom
Twenties - travel
Thirties - fulfilment
Forties - cancer

30s : the oxytocin decade

20s: energy and freedoms
30s: heavy responsibilities
40s: time for ME now

I'm 44 so unrealistically. hoping that the next ones will be:

50s: travel with DH and no kids
60s: money and luxury
70s: enjoying being a matriarch!
80s: selective deafness

Depends on whether I’m in a glass half empty mood…

Teens: HEARTBROKEN

Thirties: GIN
Forties: FRUMPY

Or glass half full…
