One word / phrase for decades of your life

My 20s were filled with disaster.
Poor Mh, poor budgeting, piss poor taste in men, etc. I would never want to relive my early 20s. The word would be MISTAKES

All my kids and 99% of the children in my life were born during my 30s. I got married. I changed a lot. The word would be BIRTH

and now I'm 40. A relative died on my 40th birthday and I've realised that that's set the tone. I will lose a considerable number of people I love in the next decade. DParents are currently 66 and 62, MIL is 68. Aunts all lated 60s and 70s. I do work where I have made lots of friends who are around or older than my parents. I feel like this decades word will be DEATH. It feels so stark looking ahead and knowing this.

So what word or phrase would summarise each decade of your adulthood?

Teens - confusion
Twenties - change and experimentation
Thirties - fun then trauma
Forties - trauma and self-knowledge
Fifties - work and peace

Teens - pining
Twenties - foundation
30s - bodily fluids

20s changes
30s fun
40s love
50s stability
60s cancer. But not just that - in some ways it's being the most interesting and exciting decade of all.

Teens: awesome 80's
Twenties: financially secure, own home in London, Bridget Jones lifestyle
Thirties: married, career amazing, fabulous social life and travel
Forties: career amazing, issues with IVF, motherhood
Fifties: horrendous family crisis, abrupt end of previously charmed life, major career change going very well, re-inventing self and family and rising from ashes

20s- selfish
30s- curious
40s- unhealthy
50s- intrepid!

0-10 - amazement
Teens - anxiety
20s - adventure

30s - realisation
40s - responsibility

Hoping for more amazement and adventure in a few years!
