Hi all
I’ve got around 4 stone to lose- made a couple of very half hearted attempts but don’t ever stick to anything 😩

I’m late 40s, and currently around 15 stone and a size 18, do little exercise and eat far too much chocolate and fast food!

So many different options out there, ultimately need to eat less and eat better while moving more - so not sure why it’s so hard for me to do?!

For those who are looking to lose weight and get fitter in 2022, what will you be doing?

Thanks so much

I have 10 stone to lose but I'm hoping to do 8 stone of it in 2022. I'm doing a Rebel Wilson and calling it my 'Year of Health' Grin

I have Exante products ready for ease of use & I plan on doing keto alongside building my strength fitness.

cherrypiepie · 29/12/2021 23:28

I'm was going to do exante until I read about the new you plan now I have no idea which to do.

Definitely need a MRP / VLCD as I just want it gone as quickly as possible and then I manage the t there after!

I found the teeth bleaching trays similar to the Invisalign!
Have 2 stone to lose minimum max 4.

Might copy you!

I am planning a ‘year of fitness’ - great idea.
Unfortunately it will also be an unplanned and unwelcome ‘year of dentists’.

Hi.
In planning to calorie restrict (only allow cheese on Sundays example).
Than, absolutely no alcohol, sugar or any fun stuff

SNUG2022 · 30/12/2021 06:30

I've got 2 stone to lose. Help me decide between calorie counting on My Fitness Pal or trying low carb as a veggie. I need things to be black and white and know the rules.

My shopping is being delivered tomorrow!

I lost 6.5 stone in 2019 using MFP & calorie counting to get to a bmi of just under 30. I’m now 6 weeks post partum and probably have 5-6 stone to lose to get to a healthy bmi.

My plan is daily brisk walks with the pram, 3 sensibly portioned meals and switching my many many breastfeeding snacks to fruit, rice cakes, yoghurt, crudités & hummus etc. That’ll do for a start, it’s far too early days for actual dieting but I can lay the groundwork

I have 8.5 stone to lose and have had the problem of following diets but quitting and binging when I fail at following the diet even the smallest amount.

This time I'm not going to set targets, or calorie count, or exclude any foods etc. I am just going to reduce everything I would normally eat eg half the amount of dinner I would normally serve, refuse the chocolate bar I'm offered in the evening but accept it the next night etc. Changed green milk to red.

2 weeks in and so far so good.
