What's on the boxing day lunch menu? We've got leftover charcuterie, crudités, dips, sausage rolls, left over beef and some mini pizzas.

Oh and some pigs in blankets.

I love Boxing Day food! Leftover turkey, ham and beef.
Cauliflower cheese.
Bubble and Squeak.
Pickles.
Just halfway through making a sherry trifle for later (when all the DC's have gone!!)

I’ve had sausages and cherry tomatoes with mustard.

Cashew nuts and champagne.

I am currently drinking Bucks Fizz and eating After Eight Fine Sticks. I am back in work at 8am so got to get the drinking and eating chocolate in today.

We had no leftovers because, without children around, we simply had the meal we would have ordered if eating out.
We had seafood and today we have just finished some beautiful lamb steaks.

Bacon sarnie now , Turkey Chinese curry tonight - we didn’t have Christmas lunch really but my lovely mam gave us a Turkey breast cooked ready for our traditional Boxing Day meal

Breakfast:
Cold turkey in warm rolls with cranberry sauce

Lunch:
Another turkey crown cooked as all of yesterdays eaten
Cold lamb
Bubble and squeak with veg left overs
Chips
Boiled carrots
Gravy
Condiments

Dinner:
Cheese board, crackers, grapes, pickles and chutneys

I was planning a big breakfast of bubble & squeak, fried eggs and leftover ham & pigs in blankets, but I woke up full of cold and so far have only managed a slither of Christmas cake. DH & kids are having Turkey & ham sandwiches.

I’m sure I’ll pep up enough for some trifle later on .

Cheese board dinner sounds fabulous. I ate 3 quarters of a Wensleydale yesterday with crackers and it was glorious.

Had our roast today as we just did a buffet yesterday. I'm now eating After Eights under a fluffy blanket and reading MN. Bliss!

I'm making this pie for tea. I love brussels and have all the ingredients for this. Have it with mash and carrots.

Boxing Day buffet as always
Cold meats, mash, pickles, fresh rolls, salad stuff, cheese, crackers, pate, crisps etc
All will remain available all day and we are using paper plates.
Fruit packs, cheese cakes, custard, puddings too!

I love Boxing Day!!!

Lunch will be turkey and coleslaw rolls, just turkey for the cat

Dinner will be turkey korma

No leftovers here sadly, I miss bubble and squeak!

Planning some poached salmon and loads of roasted veg for dinner though, already hungry but trying to be disciplined...

Nothing as yet. Or probably for the rest of the day - I’ve been feeling nauseous, shivery and exhausted all day . Supposed to be going to relatives at 4pm but don’t think I can face it.

Beetroot. I shall be having beetroot. I bloody love it

The best turkey sandwich on lovely bread with stuffing, pigs in blankets mayo and mango chutney.

Later it will be roast dinner with leftover turkey gammon and mash I made and forgot yesterday. Rest will be put in the freezer and will be resurrected as Christmas dinner pie. We have that if it snows or on Shrove Tuesday, whichever comes first.

We have Nigella's STP, individual trifle and mini mince pies too.

We were going to have a cheese and charcuterie board. We will enjoy our leftovers and save that for another day.

I’m going all out today, usually on Boxing Day it’s another turkey dinner, but instead I’m doing turkey and pigs in blankets pie. really shaking it up

Brunch was bubble with fried eggs. Dinner will be cold turkey and ham, hot mash with salad, stuffing, pickled walnuts and cranberry sauce. Much later, there will be cheese and Christmas cake.

We had sprout bubble and squeak with mushrooms, red cabbage and leftover Wellington. Now drinking Baileys and eating Matchmakers.

Chicken, stuffing and mango chutney sandwiches. Chocolate.

Don’t know what to make for tea but we do have a Christmas pudding that we were too full to eat yesterday.

I’ve also made veg lasagne base mix (to use up mushrooms etc) and a trifle, minus the whipped cream layer which I shall add tomorrow.

ETA - I cant make an entire lasagne as I discovered that I don’t have any lasagne sheets.
