What's on the boxing day lunch menu? We've got leftover charcuterie, crudités, dips, sausage rolls, left over beef and some mini pizzas.

Lunch was cold turkey, mash and coleslaw.
Washed down by copious amounts of chocolate.

Tea will be party food/cheese and crackers. Dp is off his food (Covid) and he is usually the one that embraces all the eating at Xmas.

The chicken and ham pie I've made is huge. Ds2 isn't going to be home and ds1 is back at his. So I've a massive pie for 2 of us. I'm at work Tue so will take some there for tea.

Boxing Day is buffet day. So we had cheese pinwheels and sausage rolls, leftover Turkey, left over beef, ham, salad, pickles, cheeses, pork pie, coleslaw and crackers plus a few chips for the kids. All laid out nicely and we queue up with plates That is basically lunch abd dinner. Pudding wise there is Christmas pudding and cake plus ds2 finished the log.
