Bloody Sara Cox caught me! Annoyingly I'd only switched over from 5 live for Jo Whiley at 7 and caught the last seconds of Sara and Wham!

Nope, not yet! Last year I didn’t even get 6 hours in so I’m already winning as far as I’m concerned!

I made to 1pm

My husband plays and chastised me for leaving the car radio on radio 2. He got a blast of driving home for Christmas but it could have easily been Wham. That's me told.

Don't listen to the radio! Rookie mistake.

Am surprised I didn't hear it today!

Yep. Got into dh's car who was giving me a lift back from the shops and it was on the radio!

What's Whamageddon?

Drive time on while I was waiting in a garage for my car tonight got me with it , Mariah Carey and the bloody Adele dong I’ve managed to avoid until today

Took DD to school this morning and didn’t realise she’d changed the radio to Magic. We were Whamageddon-ed about 8.30 am!

I'm still in and that's even with the radio on all day at work!

I am still in by the skin of my teeth. DH had the radio on when I arrived home and I heard 'Wham coming up after The Pogues' so turned it off.

And then banned DH from having the radio on while wfh.

School playground at drop off! They had ice skating, reindeer, other games, hot drinks and blasting Christmas music (all day event, each class had there turn then open to families after school)

I'm still in but I work in schools and they always seem to have Wham's Last Christmas as one of their Xmas performance songs so I never last long!

My mate at 8am. I am determined to make it through this year - last year I made it to the 20th.

Last year DH was doing really well, so I sabotaged him by making Alexa play it in the living room while I was in the bedroom.

He hasn't forgiven me yet.

He hid from Sara Cox's half hour of Christmas songs this evening by coming upstairs and falling asleep.

It’s a bloody good Christmas song to be fair though!
