2 x pears (aged, no hope that anyone will eat)
1 x kiwi (starting to wrinkle)
1 x banana - perfect
3 x satsumas
1 x plum (do people even eat plums at this time of year?)
1 x cycling helmet
1 x woolly hat
1 x asthma inhaler

Thank you to DH for the latter three items.

4 lemons. I’m not keen on fruit.

A zillion apples (I like apples nobody else does) that I'll bribe into the kids before shopping day and nearly feel sick from after I eat most. Grapes, bananas, kiwis and any berries disappear within a day or two

8 apples, 5 tangerines, 6 bananas on a tree above the bowl and a pack of Elsa stickers tucked in the side.

Just bananas. I keep all our fruit in the fridge as it lasts longer and I think its tastes nicer cold and crisp!

3 bananas, 2 satsumas, 10 apples, bunch of grapes (other half of the bunch in the fridge), a punnet of cherry tomatoes, an avocado. DS abs I eat a lot of fruit. DH not so much.

My favourite fruit bowl items are the empty gin cartridge, the contraceptive pills and the pan lids.

This thread proves that fruit bowls are the first place to look for anything that is missing.

Loving the randomness of the contents of some of these 'fruit' bowls.

We have a pineapple, 2 lemons, 1 banana, 5 apples, about 8 small oranges/tangerines & a tub of cod liver oil tablets. The grapes live in the fridge as I like them cold!

I cleared out old fruit over the weekend that wasn't being eaten, and chopped up the pineapple into chunks in the fridge. We've also eaten a lot in the past 2 days, so the pears and plums are gone and a few oranges, and 1 lemon was used in dinner tonight.

Currently, I have
5 apples (a touch wrinkly but edible)
4 lemons and 3 limes
5 large oranges
About 12 mandarins

We also still have a few pineapple chunks, 1.5 punnets of strawberries, a handful of raspberries and a tub of blueberries in the fridge. As well as a fair amount of berries and mango chunks in the freezer and dried fruit as well (pineapple, mango, apricots and sultanas).

10 bananas, 14 apples, 6 plumbs, a mango that I keep meaning to cut up. I have just chopped up the water melon but that’s now all in the fridge.

2 satsumas and some AA batteries.

There’s probably a hair elastic at the bottom because they are fucking everywhere in this house! (3 daughters)

It was emptied yesterday so too DD(3) to a farm shop to fill it up today. Wasn’t paying attention to what she chose so I’m actually impressed with the contents- 4 apples, 5 bananas and 3 oranges (which are a bit of a fail because she thought they were satsumas and cried with frustration when she tried to peel them)

I only keep bananas in the fruit bowl. Everything else (apples, kiwi, grapes,raspberries and mango) live in the fridge

Fruit bowl? Ha ha.... Nothing, I don't have one. I do have apples in the fridge though.....
