What is in your fruit bowl just now?

2 x pears (aged, no hope that anyone will eat)
1 x kiwi (starting to wrinkle)
1 x banana - perfect
3 x satsumas
1 x plum (do people even eat plums at this time of year?)
1 x cycling helmet
1 x woolly hat
1 x asthma inhaler

Thank you to DH for the latter three items.

(all of the above from our own trees)
2 keys that are useless(1x car scrapped 12+yrs ago and 1x door replaced around same time)but have always been there, just hanging out in the bottom of the bowl together.

4 lemons
2 limes
1 pomegranate
2 passion fruit
A couple of pens and some random bits of lego

I’m astonished that people keep vegetables in their fruit bowls - despite having pharmaceuticals and cycling equipment in mine

I don't so much keep vegetables in my fruit bowl as find vegetables in it, whilst having no clue how they got there - it is one of life's mysteries.

I don't think I've ever had a fruit bowl since I've had my own house, I didn't realise so many people did. Like a previous poster we keep our fruit in the fridge.

I imagine if I had a fruit bowl it would end up being somewhere I put the random things the children left laying around the kitchen, so maybe that's why I don't have one 😁

2 bananas, 4 apples and a couple of shrivelled satsumas. I chucked the kiwi fruit that had been there so long it had turned into a water bomb.

I've got a wire double rack thing so on the top shelf is 3 bananas, 2 mac red apples and some wrinkly easy peelers.
On the bottom however is 2 dog leads, a collar, roll of poo bags, yumove joint supplements (for dogs) vitamin d, multivitamins and berocca ( for people)
There are also a couple of stray hair bobbles and a letter from the bank.....I should really tidy up 🤣

We never really eat much fruit so no fruit bowl here, but weirdly I’ve a pack of Sharon fruit in the fridge that Ocado mistakenly delivered,,,😃

Some bananas for dh. I'm not a massive fruit eater, so mainly just have frozen for when the mood strikes, to put into porridge.

Two grapefruits, two apples, four tomatoes, and an avocado. A banana and a pineapple next to the fruit bowl and nine satsumas in the box they came in.

Lemons and limes. This is all there ever is in there. We don't even use them, they just get replaced once a week.

Very basic satsumas and apples. Bananas off to the side. Shopping arrived earlier hence mess.
