I'm not trying to insult them I just really want to know!

Any plastic surgeon/make up and body artists know how they all look so young and well, stunning? Gives me hope for my 40s

Like what do they actually do? Is it botox? And monthly?

Ok just read that Heather and Christine are only early 30s. The others are 40s though!

Botox, fillers, liposuction, low carbs and much time in the gym I think. Plus Make-up artists, hair stylists and personal stylists . They don’t look real. In The heat of LA I’d be a sweating, scruffy looking disaster.

Not quite what you asked but I saw this article earlier and it has some older pics of them. I’m half convinced the old picture of Heather is a mistake because it just looks nothing like her.

All boob jobs too. I agree it's not a real life and I'd be miserable. I envy the lack of lines and bags!

Much filler. Lots of it. Botox. Regular face peels. Low carb (in one of the later episodes we see Christine eat a cheeseburger with a knife and fork which suggests she did not eat the bun), plenty of exercise, plastic surgery - implants, rhinoplasty, hair extensions, and to a degree, genetics.

They all kind of look the same now which is a little sad.

Loads and loads of work. If you see heather in her playboy days, you won't recognise her! None of them eat carbs, all drink smoothies, fillers (too much in Mary's case!) And a life of veggies and fruit and endless exercise .

It takes a lot of money. I know a few women that are sort of the Mum versions of this. It takes a lot of time, energy and money!

Once you start you can't really stop! Quite glad really I can be lazy with all of that they are horribly thin in some cases

They’ve obviously filmed at least some of it (there was a “coming up next season” at the end of the last episode). And I’ve checked back and there was only 3 months between seasons 2 & 3 being released. So could be reasonably soon.

christine is unrecognisable from her younger self so I'd say she ticked the 'all of the above' on the procedure list at her local plastic surgeon's office.

It's funny though, if you look at the very first episode of series 1 their grooming isn't nearly as ott as it is now. At the start it shows them sitting on the office couch. Heather is wearing a pretty ordinary outfit and her hair and makeup look normal. The tweakments and hair and makeup have been amped up 500% since then.

Wow Christine looks so so different. They are all beautiful though. I wish I had the discipline of exercise, healthy eating and generally making an effort with my appearance

They have a life governed by depriving themselves of food. They must be tiny in real life.

The new cast member Emma looks especially slim. I think it's emphasised because she seems so tall and long-limbed. Some of her 'dresses' were . One gust of wind and she'd have been standing their bare arsed.

I agree, but I wonder what they wear on days they aren’t being filmed. Probably still pretty glam, but maybe a bit closer to more normal office wear (if expensive versions of it!)

If you have seen it all and this isn't much of a spolier but there is one episode where the whole company is together and wow you can really notice the stark difference between them and the rest of the employees.

Infact one would say they look out of place and completely ott.

Look at Heather's fiancé's ex.

If I were Heather I'd be wondering if he had some unresolved feelings towards his ex-wife.

Classica. These are barely recognisable as Christine . I prefer her before she let the cosmetic surgeons and filler people loose. Her lips are so inflated now in such an unnatural way.

Tarek’s ex and Heather look like sisters. Good grief he certainly has a type.

There's an interview with Christine in the Sunday times today and she claims she eats whatever she likes and never exercise
