I text my kids in the next room because I can’t be arsed to get up or even raise my voice all the time.

I text my son in the same room as me because I cant be arsed to stand up and show him something.
In my defence I am disabled and standing up isn't easy but still... I could call him over to me but its so much easier to send it via WhatsApp.

We text each other all the time in this house and it's tiny

I went back to the office today and was still IMing my colleague instead of walking over to talk to them, which is the whole point of being in the office

I watched 999 emergency for an hour as I couldn't be bothered to find the remote

I ring my husband to bring tea.

We don't even have stairs. She's just along the corridor

I once got a taxi to the 24 hour garage to get a packet of crisps.

I've found my people. I am disabled too and no one understands just how hard standing up and just getting myself a drink is!

I regularly WhatsApp DP to show him stuff in the same room 🤣

We have an Alexa in almost every room so I don't even have to shout anymore I can just drop in and talk to people

Oh good point @HerRoyalWitchyness I’ve more than once airdropped a photo I wanted to show my DH to him when he was sitting on the other sofa in the same room. I have no (physical) issues with standing up.

I do this, only I’m not disabled, just lazy! You don’t need to be ashamed of yourself, I, on the other hand...

An ice-cream van parked at the other end of our street. It was a one-minute-walk away, if that.

My next door neighbours piled into their car and DROVE to the ice-cream van. They parked up and one of them got out of the car to buy the ice-creams. They then ate them in the car before driving home.

I have my Alexa set up to turn my lights/lamp on.
The lamp is less than 4ft away from me.

However my piece de resistance is my robot vacuum is connected to Alexa.
I sit with a glass of wine, while Ziggy does his job.

Lazy, moi? Never

My issue is the little dog who is my velcro dog. He wants to sit on my lap every time I sit down. And he gives me a filthy look for making him get down. Sometimes he rolls on his back and goes limp.

So Google is my friend to avoid doggie disgust.

I just sat down to write this and guess who jumped up.

I'll Google eyeshadow palettes I own rather than go and fetch them when I want to think of a make-up look.
