I'm clearly a bit bored...

Richard Burke is my perfect man and he and Monica made a much better couple than she and Chandler.

I really couldn't stand Susan. Or Emily.

Ross Geller is the funniest friend and mellowed a lot as he aged.

The Rachel and Joey hook up was totally wrong on all levels. She just wouldn't have gone there.

Kathy cheating on Chandler was pretty unbelievable (in real life both actors protested this, obviously to no avail).

Phoebe was a bit of a bitch who often threw her friends under the bus.

I preferred David the science guy to Mike, he was very funny.

It would have been nice for Joey to have a happier ending, a dream woman or part in a hit show.

Rachel's wardrobe is absolutely incredible.

Monica's Mum is really awful to her.

I hate to say it but Joey is a bit of a loser. Though he was the only one who never got drunk throughout the entire show.

Janice was actually really nice.

I'm sure I have more :-)

Emma is a very boring name.
I thought she would have gone a bit more cosmopolitan because she works in fashion.

Maybe she should have stuck with Babygirl Geller-Green after all!

One thing that has always bugged me is that if Monica is such clean freak why is her apartment so cluttered with stuff? Stuff everywhere!!

I quite like how all the characters are flawed in one way or another. I know I should hate Rachel but she's somehow likeable. I think JA is a brilliant comedy actress.

I agree with everything apart from maybe Emily. I mean she came across really badly but I think her reactions were understandable given the circumstances - even if she was a bit annoying beforehand.

@Fudgeytastic yes, stuff on every surface! And I've said this before but no way would she have washed up in someone else's wedding dress. I love that episode though! I dooooooo!

I don't think Carol and Susan were mean to Ross. He went to ante natal classes, whinging when he didn't get his own way and then insisted Ben had his surname before Susan's. Probably other things. He was lucky they were as compliant as they were.

Of course Ben would have his surname not Susan's, she his wife's mistress for god's sake!

I also had to deal with someone at work the other day called Richard Simmons. I could barely contain myself. I got off the phone and started howling with laughter and someone ask what was so funny and I said I've just spoken to a Richard Simmons and about 6 out of 14 people in the office started sniggering 😂😂

This has to be a piss take. Why the fuck would Ben have her surname?! She was a home wrecking bitch who rubbed Ross' face in it at every given opportunity she's lucky he didn't end up twatting her one. Blah blah get offended all you like. I feel very strongly about this!

Agreed! It's unbelievable that there are people irl who actually think like Susan and see nothing wrong with what she did. Scary.

MN is the only place I've seen people have such venom towards Susan - more to do with attitudes towards OW I think. Carol discovered she was gay when she fell for Susan, she couldn't have stayed with Ross. Ross always seemed mostly upset that Carol was gay, not that she cheated on him, which seems weird.

I do, however, think Susan was highly inappropriate in thinking her surname had any place with Ben's name. It's worth noting that out of all the main relationships in the series, Carol & Susan's is probably the most stable, after the wedding wobble.

I always found David the scientist pretty creepy, Mike is hilarious in comparison.

The guy who plays Gavin appears in the US version of Shameless and is very yummy indeed.

I don't think it's at all surprising that Ross was more upset that Carol was gay - I think it felt like his whole marriage had been a lie, it was a rejection of him as the man she'd married.
An affair would, I think, have been easier to understand and accept.

Tbf I think would be pretty pissed off if I found out my dh was gay ,they had been together a long time ,married etc and then she turns his world upside down I think it's understandable he's upset by that .

I really was surprised by how humble, funny and self deprecating Matt Le Blanc was in that special. He outshone the rest of the cast and just seemed to be bemused by the whole thing but utterly happy to have been a part of it

I read somewhere that he was flat broke when he got offered the part of Joey and that the first thing he did when he got paid was to buy himself a hot meal.

I think he's hugely appreciative of how much FRIENDS changed his life forever, maybe more so than the others.
