What's your ring size?

I have shorter fingers and I wouldn't say they are chubby either. I measured my finger next to my little finger and it was 60mm circumference. Not a single ring was available in that size on grace and co. I found several rings on there that I liked. I decided to look on a few other jewellery shops online and nothing stood out to me as much and also not really any of my size.

So what size are you fingers? I'm disappointed with it as I guess I won't be able to find much.

I'm a J1/2 and there's almost never a ring available in my size. A lot of rings I've liked can't be reduced to my size as it affects the shape or style of the ring too much. My DP bought me an engagement ring in a size K last year as I'd complained my fingers had swollen due to pregnancy. It fell straight off! He'd really struggled to find something that would go as small as a K.

My gran was a size I and all of hers were specially made. They were absolutely tiny and wouldn't fit on most peoples little fingers.

NautaOcts · 21/10/2021 07:23

On one hand I’m an I on the other hand a J.
And I’m not slim elsewhere! Just have strange little skinny fingers and small hands.
I’ve never been able to wear a ring ‘off the shelf’ but my wedding, engagement and eternity ring is fine

DigOlBick · 21/10/2021 07:26

I have to have mine made. I’m not over weight but I have big giant man hands. Think I’m a u?

My wedding ring is an I but it is a bit snug now.
It just about fits my 5 year old 🤣.

Atla · 21/10/2021 07:37

J I have small fingers ( sadly not small anywhere else)

BogRollBOGOF · 21/10/2021 07:49

L iirc, it's been a long time since I was measured but my rings still fit.

SickAndTiredAgain · 21/10/2021 07:51

H, I can never find rings.

qualitygirl · 21/10/2021 07:52

J

LapinR0se · 21/10/2021 07:52

J 1/2

Justyou · 21/10/2021 08:05

H it’s difficult to get nice ones that fit, especially just cheaper ones to stack

Ulysses · 21/10/2021 08:11

My engagement ring is a G and a half and my wedding ring an H. I got engaged in 2004 and it’s a struggle to get them off now.

Cindi85 · 21/10/2021 08:12

M

Ozberry · 21/10/2021 08:15

I. My fingers are the only part of me that are skinny!

Dazzylazzy · 21/10/2021 08:20

J as others said only my fingers are small!

CorpusCallosum · 21/10/2021 08:23

Wedding and engagement rings are an M. I have massive hands.

I have a spare wedding ring for pregnancy which is an R 🙊

Look on Etsy, loads and huge range of sizes.
Sexnotgender · 21/10/2021 08:25

I’m a J 1/2 too - seems to be a popular size on this thread so weird it’s hard to get rings!

My mum is an H. Teeny tiny!

Phyllis321 · 21/10/2021 08:26

I have large hands, I usually need an R or S. Etsy is fab for very reasonable rings made to your size. I’ve recently bought a smoky quartz ring made to size for less than £20z

TeaAndStrumpets · 21/10/2021 08:28

Wedding ring is J but drops off when my hands are cold! Golden wedding soon Smile

SheWoreYellow · 21/10/2021 08:29

I googled and found that 60mm is an S.

That’s not that unusual is it?

Maybe check by printing out a ring measure chart with circles on and placing an existing ring on it to check. If you have one Smile

There’s one here if you scroll down

naughtyfurballs · 21/10/2021 08:31

i, because I was a lot slimmer when I got engaged/married! I can still get the ring on and off though.

When I got my engagement ring (from a high street jeweler), I was told they couldn't resize the one they had, it would have to be made specifically, so I can well believe that those with unusual hands can't buy 'off the peg'

GiltEdges · 21/10/2021 08:37

Wedding / engagement rings are an I after being re-sized down from a J, but I feel like they're still too big, particularly in winter when my hands are cold more often. So I'm probably a H or H 1/2 in reality.

Nsky · 21/10/2021 08:42

I know R on my right hand, not sure left, I had meds that made me increase 3 ring sizes ( after breaking right wrist years ago).
So prior to meds O and1/2.
Not large fat hands

Fizbosshoes · 21/10/2021 09:09

One hand is G, the other is H

shangelawasrobbed · 21/10/2021 09:13

J on the left, K on the right.
