Would you eat this yoghurt?

It's unopened in the fridge.
A protein yoghurt with a date of 6th Sept on it.
Would you?

I probably would.

We over-ordered greek yoghurt a while ago and have three large tubs in the fridge, two dated september 2nd, and one september 10th.

I'll eat them.

The first thing I'd look for is a bulging lid. If it is then I wouldn't eat it as it's fermenting and producing gas.
Then, if the lid was ok, I'd open it and see what it looked and smelt like. If there is no mould and smells fine, I'd eat it. I've eaten yoghurts over a month past their eat by date.

I never ever just go off dates. I always check the actual food inside

Probably not. I normally go a couple of days past.
