I've been eating hot cross buns wrong!

Double choc chip ice cream with a shot or two of Baileys poured on top.

I love M&S chilli and cheese hot cross buns with Frazzles in. Seasonal filth is the best because you really appreciate it for the limited time you can get it. See also Christmas cake with cheddar, and sherry trifle for breakfast.

Cheesy crumpets are the ultimate supper, saved only for when you've been swimming and did some fast bits.

A bag of salt and vinegar crisps with a kitkat is my favourite weird combo.

Vanilla ice cream with soy sauce.

Add a thin (or thick if you're a glutton for punishment like me) layer of horseradish sauce under cheese on toast.

My favourite (cheddar) cheese sandwiches are either with green grapes or apricot jam.

Much as I try to cut down, cheese is the one thing I can't give up when I have vegan-ish phases.

So did my DH and my Dad. I was very heavily pregnant at the time and sobbed because they'd used the posh mince pies and not the emergency Mr Kiplings.

Having tried it since, it's a glorious combination.

I once used a hot cross bun for a cheeseburger. Delicious.

I won't thank you later because I won't be indulging in it. Because I'm a greedy bastard who will eat the whole jar on a whole pack of buns in one day. Not happening.
