Where to buy plain leggings for little boys

I like to dress my two DS in leggings as they're comfier than jeans and I love the shapes of their little legs in them. They are 1 and 3 years old. There's always loads of feminine options with frills and flowers, I want pretty plain, or more general patterns, cheap and cheerful. I often buy from the girls sections but limited options as they often have flowers and frills

H&M has a decent selection of plain ones in the boys section.

Mummyme87 · 01/09/2021 21:52

Maxamorra often have lots of nice ones

PumpkinKlNG · 01/09/2021 21:53

Sainsbury's, I got a multipack of 5 for my DS for nursery. Quite thick and hard-wearing too.

winteroversummer · 01/09/2021 21:54

Yes I have a few black ones was hoping to find something different, and primark don't do black leggings in the section to fit my youngest dc, same in h and m

Next?

PumpkinKlNG · 01/09/2021 21:54

I’ve definitely bought plain black ones in 3/4 from primark, or grey ones

Dazedandconfused28 · 01/09/2021 21:55

I just ordered these from H&M www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.0941788001.html

Lands' End have great colours/patterns & they're the toughest leggings we ever found. Don't pay full price though - they have a big sale section & lots of offers.

winteroversummer · 01/09/2021 21:57

@PumpkinKlNG he's one, and wears 9-12 months

I second sainsburys as I have bought several sets for nursery from ds there, they are warm cosy and practical, ASDA also had some in the past - not been there recently, I think most kids ranges except maybe m&s do leggings for boys now.

Tjsmjs · 01/09/2021 21:59

I’ve just got some from George (Asda) for my little boy in size 2-3 for nursery. I tried next but there wasn’t much beyond age 2 from what I could see. I prefer leggings to joggers or jeans for mine to.

I got these direct.asda.com/george/kids/trousers/printed-leggings-4-pack/GEM844647,default,pd.html?cgid=D25M1G1C8

Winemewhynot · 01/09/2021 21:59

Sainsburies and H&M have a good range of neutral coloured leggings

Bimblybomeyelash · 01/09/2021 21:59

I used to get my ds leggings from
Zara.

Seasidemumma77 · 01/09/2021 22:00

www.sproutorganic.co.uk I love the designs, and found they remain good enough to pass down

abbs1 · 01/09/2021 22:00

I had the same issue and found nice ones in Next. Multipack worked out quite cheap.

CMOTDibbler · 01/09/2021 22:01

Frugi have lovely leggings

Paddingtonsmarmlade · 01/09/2021 22:01

Sainsbury's do multipack of ribbed leggings in bright colours in the boys section like these tuclothing.sainsburys.co.uk/p/Assorted-Ribbed-Leggings-%281-7-Years%29/139104453-MultiColoured?searchTerm=:newArrivals:license:Banana%20Bite:license:Tu:type:Leggings&searchProduct=

Treasured · 01/09/2021 22:02

I recently got some ribbed leggings in Tesco and they’ve kept their shape really well. 3 pack in navy, light grey and charcoal for £9

My boys wear Villervalla and Piccalilly leggings. I have also bought plains and stripes from supermarkets, h&m, lindex, Costco. Although these were mostly grey, black, or navy.
It is quite annoying when so often any colours other than black or grey have frills or sparkles on.

Mano2020 · 01/09/2021 22:03

Sainsbury's great quality and coloured leggings for boys

AngeloMysterioso · 01/09/2021 22:04

Polarn o Pyret?

auldmaw · 01/09/2021 22:04

My DS (2) almost exclusively wears leggings. He's skinny (but tall) so they seem to be the best fit for him over jeans, chinos etc... I get his leggings from Next, Asda and Sainsbury's. I also love Blade and Rose, they're a great fit.
