Is Tom Cruise looking very different these days, or is it just an unfortunate photo?

(I was looking for a topic called "Celeb Twaddle" but couldn't find it so I'm posting in Chat instead. Does Celeb Twaddle not exist anymore?)

I just asked my DH if he recognised him (without letting him see the headline) and he didn't know who he was.
