Yes, he's known for having fillers and botox, along with fake teeth and fake hair. Pretty normal by Hollywood standards.

I'm sure he'll look much the same in 25 years time.

I was very amused when there was an interview with a family who let TCs helicopter land in their paddock a few days ago and the 8ish YO DD in the family said something like 'it was very exciting but he was very short' .

I don’t know that was Tom Cruise. Looks nothing like him.

I feel bad for Tom, he seems like he lives in his own little world and isn't terribly happy. He was wonderful when he was younger - Vanilla Sky and Eyes Wide Shut, especially were fab. He is also a pretty good comedy actor.

I can't forgive him for making himself Jack Reacher though. So egotistical. Although it is fun to provide a sarcastic voice over of how tiny, wrinkly Jack miraculously flogs 20 buff young criminals in a warehouse takedown/ hand to hand combat in a diner/ scrap on a rooftop and wins the day when watching those terrible movies. I guess Lee Childs just couldn't say no to the money, fair enough.

Wasn't Lee Child a MN interviewee a few years ago and lots of people asked about the Jack Reacher thing and Lee Child replied something along the lines of it working out well despite the physical disparity because Tom Cruise was a good enough actor to convince everyone that he was really 6' 4".

It was a spoof picture (or so I read anyway)

He definitely went to the restaurant, he was spotted in several places in Birmingham, but I don't think that's him in the photo, i think they just recreated it with a lookalike. There's been a few photos of him filming in my local paper recently and he definitely looks like himself in those photos.
