Is there a song that instantly makes your heart leap?

I'm a huge music fan. Songs dictate my emotions a lot which might sound weird. DH is not a music fan and he totally doesn't understand the feelings a certain song can provoke in me.

So is there that one song that instantly touches your soul and provokes emotions??

Mine is Gary Moore - Still in love with you

OP, Parisienne Walkways speaks to my soul. Such a beautiful song. Also love Sailing by Christopher Cross.

@swampytiggaa I also have a playlist of my absolute favourites and it's as random as they come.

I'm off off to listen to some of the tracks mentioned as there's some forgotten gems here.

@BrilloPaddy

The Boys of Summer by Don Henley takes me right back to being a teenager, such memories.

And Paradise by Coldplay - just magic when they do it live. Always gives me goosebumps when I hear it.

Best song of the 80s if you ask me!

@Quickchangeartiste oh Private investigations!! I had forgotten about that one!

Also love hotel California. I think it's anything with an amazing guitar riff or a proper bass line that grabs me!

I am making a playlist of all of these for Monday when I'm working :)

Something Changed by Pulp always makes me think of when DH and I first met.

Here comes the Sun - the Beatles - DH played this the day we brought or DS home when we adopted him. It really did feel like the sun had finally come out after ten years of fertility problems,
