Which is completely unremarkable I suppose but...this time last year we were told he had cancer and is was most likely a cancer that would claim his life within 12 months even with chemo. In November, after surgery, he was told chemo would do little to help and he had six months to live. Last week we were told his tumours have shrunk by a third which has amazed his oncologist so today we are celebrating the fact he's here to need new shoes.
