(... that isn't poo related!)

The first time DD2 had boiled eggs I left her and DD1 in the dining room to go and finish cooking DD1's breakfast.

When I came back, she'd eaten the entire eggs, complete with shell

For months afterwards I had to wrestle the shells off her Hmm

Tried to eat a snail- luckily was stopped just in time. 5 years old

NuffSaidSam · 30/07/2021 21:25

I had one who was a licker.

Lamp posts
Road signs
The floor

A snake at a 'meet the animals' birthday party.

So many things 😂

Most recently... wrapped a big scab up and put it in a pokeball for safekeeping, you know, in case he needs it in the future. 🤷🏻‍♀️ (he's 4)

thenightsky · 30/07/2021 21:26

Pushed the bucket I was holding under his Ready-to-vomit mouth to one side to project the entire contents of his stomach down the stairs (new carpet), hitting every single step.

(3 year old)

My three year old ate a frozen fish finger last week😆 Last night he pinched a frozen chip off the try before I put them in the oven. And this morning munched on a frozen bagel whilst the other one was in the toaster!

30degreesandmeltinghere · 30/07/2021 21:34

Once during the night dd got up for a drink. Noticed something on the kitchen lino.
She licked it..
It was a dried out slug.
Dd was about 25
.

She admits she has no fucking idea why she did it!!
Envy
Def not envy.

When ds was about 2 it was really warm and I was putting him to bed in just his nappy.

I left him for a minute, came back and he was eating dry ceral. He loved to eat it dry and I had given him some for supper.

He hadn't taken any up in his hand. The only place he would have stashed it was his nappy. I took his nappy off and it was full of ceral. Stashing it away for a snack later 🤣

Cheeeeislifenow · 30/07/2021 21:40

My then five year old stuffed fluff from his teddy up his foreskin Confused.
Traumatized.

majesticallyawkward · 30/07/2021 21:43

Tonight 20mo ate some snacks... the usual wotsits, a biscuit and come berries, washed down with squash then got super excited playing and threw up. A lot. And then started re-eating the sick.

I've also seen him take a half chewed biscuit out of the dogs mouth and eat it and try to eat cat litter.

DC1 when she was about 3 was a licker, caught her licking a goat once.

A friends dc once took a turd out of their potty and drew a lovely picture on the wall 😳

youngestisapsycho · 30/07/2021 21:43

When my DD was about 4/5 she was obsessed about chewing gum and kept asking for it. I wouldn’t let her said was too young blah, blah.
We were walking home from school one day and she was suddenly beside me, chewing gum. I asked her where she had it got it from and she said it was stuck on the side of the bin we passed! So she took it and was chewing it!!🤮

Lunariagal · 30/07/2021 22:19

Did a shit in the bottom.drawer of his wardrobe and moulded it into a tennis ball sized ball. Left it there for me.to. find several days later.

Not a good day in asd land.

Lunariagal · 30/07/2021 22:19

Another snail eater here. I had to prise it out of his mouth. Yuck. He was about 18 months. I'd only taken my eyes off him for a second ffs.
BlackeyedSusan · 30/07/2021 22:35

I remember one poster commenting that her toddler had licked the Archbishop of Canterbury.

JumpingFrogs · 31/07/2021 20:17

Pretended to "smoke" cigarette butts she found on the beach.
Picked up a used condom on the beach.

carrotcakeconnoisseur · 31/07/2021 20:20

My 1 and 2 year old were BOTH helping themselves to the cat food the other day!

TimeIhadaNameChange · 31/07/2021 20:25

OP, my daughter would do that given half a chance!

Cat food is a staple here, as is licking stones. Second place goes to eating her own cradle cap with attached hairs. Top spot is eating mine, and DP's, scabs!

Do we get first prize?????

IHaveBrilloHair · 31/07/2021 20:25

Ate her own poo.
Ate a snail.

ItsSnowJokes · 31/07/2021 20:28

Ate bird shit in the garden at nursery. I had to ring the GP who couldn't stop laughing.

Calmestofallthechickens · 31/07/2021 20:38

Lying in bed next to my DS (2yo) waiting for him to fall asleep. Felt some small fingers poking into my mouth...then heard ‘taste my earwax mummy?’

Apeirogon · 31/07/2021 20:46

DS1 once ate a banana, skin and all. He was also fond of eating sand whenever we took him to the beach.
DS2 was a licker. The airport floor was possibly the most disgusting.

When dd1 was about 15 months she used to stand behind her toy box to poo in her nappy. I watched her one day, she did a poo then put her finger in the side of the nappy, pulled it out with poo on, looked at it and sucked her finger!!! 🤮
