What are you having for dinner?

Only got myself to feed and will have to go to the shop for something. Bit stuck for inspo/don't really know what I fancy. Can't be bothered with anything too convoluted today.

I'm thinking about spinach and ricotta tortellini, in pesto (which I have in the fridge and needs using) with bread and aioli (which I also have) but I just had that the other day. I also have a limp romaine lettuce and red pepper in the fridge too. Theres some cucumber and red onion in there as well.

Tuna steak and Greek salad here!

Quiche and salad I think. It’s DH’s turn to cook.

I'm making some sort of stir fry - have got asparagus, baby corn, green beans, other bits of vege, and will make a honey/ginger/soy/sesame sort of glaze thing for it, I think.

If I was on my own, I'd have pitta bread and tsatziki.

Chicken Chow mein out of the Pinch of Nom book.

Quiche and new potatoes.

Just back from the butchers, who had some pork sausages with coconut, mango & lime, (they make their own), so some of those, herby couscous and maybe some broccoli.

Then ice cream for afters if DS needs more.

I'm not really sure what the proper name for it would be.....some sort of cheat galette? Essentially lay a tortilla wrap in a frying pan, top with grated cheese and ham, crack and egg into the middle and fold in the edges as the egg cooks and cheese melts. That with a side salad.

A frozen pizza lol I'm knackered. Was going to have steak burgers.

We’re on a pre-holiday use up.
DH and I are having mushroom ravioli. DS is having sweet potato fries and a burger. We’re all having steamed green beans.

Tomorrow is various meatballs from the freezer and pasta.

I'm having lunch in half an hour (I'm in the US).

Lunch is spicy Italian sausages, grilled peppers, onions and garlic served in a roll with homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella.

Dinner tonight is my early birthday meal (tomorrow, the 27th is my day!). We'll be having Thai-inspired chicken kebabs on the grill with coconut rice, a cucumber salad, green beans with garlic and sweet chili sauce. For my dessert, I'll be having a lime drizzle cake.

Sausage, mash, broccoli and carrots😋

we had that last night and it was brilliant. I had forgotten how blissful sausage and mash can be.

Sea Bass given to us by a school mum, with a marinade of garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and olive oil, with lemon. Roast potatoes and a mixture of carrots, green beans, sweetcorn, peas and edamame beans.
The kids are having fish fingers as can't cope with the fresh fish (more for us!).

It's 31 degrees here, even though 19.30. Tomight it's chilled gazpacho with a crisp green/prawn salad and baguette and butter.

Artichoke stuffed peppers with feta, pine nuts and breadcrumbs. Cannot recall where the recipe is from but it's very quick and easy.
