I have a stressful job and don't always look after myself very well. I'm making a concerted effort to take better care of myself, and I'd like some ideas/tips.
I've just joined a gym for the first time in years, and I'm going to start meditating again. I will try to get more sleep and I need to eat better, though this is something I really struggle with when I'm busy.
What do you do to keep yourself happy and healthy? How do you eat well when you're busy? What makes you feel like you're properly looking after yourself?
Any advice/suggestions welcome!
