I thought I'd put headphones on and sew, but the noise of the machine bothers the watchers. In any case, I have to have the headphones on too loud for comfort in order to block out the noise of the football!

Reading crap on the internet. I did cheer "come on Italy" repeatedly at the top of my voice for a bit just to piss off my neighbours who have been whooping and cheering for the last three hours 🙄

😂 not gonna lie, I did this too. Well technically I sung O Sole Mio at the top of my voice but same effect. Now I'm watching Bake off the Professionals and browsing the internet.

DP and I are staying with friends. The football is on and I'm glancing at it from time to time, but I volunteered to clear up after supper just to have some time on my own and get away from it!

I went on a tip run at half 7, only one other car there so I was straight in and out 👍 and filled up with petrol on the way home. The roads were nearly empty.

Oh damn! I've just remembered that the pool pump hasn't been run today. It has to run for 2-3 hours every day. Not that I mind doing the chemicals and pump etc when we can actually use the pool.
