There's no hate In this post. Just watched some of their YouTube content this morning as years ago I saw them on TV. Wow their lives look like one big ball of fun. I'm guessing they have made alot of money from going on TV? Hot tubs and holidays and refurbishing a huge home whilst keeping all those kids in clothes. Not to mention they spend a fortune on every occasion.

I remember it was budgets before. Now it seems they have a never ending supply of money. Certainly not having to count the pennies now. .

Somehow they make family life look constantly fun. I only have 2 children and can't offer mine anywhere near What they have.

They seem to have a lovely family and seem nice people. Just amazes me now how social media has allowed people to get rich for contributing nothing of value to society. Not taking away Noel works hard. Again no hate. But it's ridiculous when normal people struggle to make ends meet.

I met them a long time ago, before the social media thing took off. I think there'd just been one or maybe two of their TV series shown. They were totally down to earth, on a very very budget holiday, were really nice, and the kids well behaved. They seemed really organised and really chilled at the same time, and were very keen that their presence as a very large family on a small quiet campsite didn't disturb anyone. I was impressed.

If SM has spoiled them (I haven't followed them since that time) it'll be a real shame.

Popxsixcle · 10/07/2021 09:39

Expensive dogs too. Id love a Frenchie. But at £2000 I can't have one.

This is what I mean. Expensive dogs. Luxurious items. Massive home projects. Kids all in Clarks shoes and constantly getting new clothes. Expensive holidays.

They were having a MacDonalds on one episode and I thought I bet that's £100 gone. Days out they eat out aswel. Buying drinks from Starbucks for the whole family.

I watched 3 vlogs and it was all about spending.

People are obsessed with the idea they must be raking it on benefits.

It's not very likely. They will earn too much. There are now caps I how much you can claim, including a two child limit that means they won't be entitled to anything for their youngest kids and the older ones will be ageing out. It's very obvious, because if you were reliant on benefits with that many kids and a lot of them not entitled to support they would be really struggling financially, which they clearly aren't.

What is much more likely is that as the dad is self employed, that they do all the usual legitimate accounting options to maximise their income. Supplemented by filming fees, sponsorship from brands for social media promotions etc.

She said the second to last was the last. I can’t see her not having another when she stops BF this one. It’s almost like she needs a baby or pregnancy to validate herself.

I think hopefully their days of being 'influencers' are numbered. Their children are thankfully growing up and starting their own lives. Although I do think they try and keep them living at home as it adds to the 'brand'. If they all moved out then they would lose their usp. Hopefully they stop having more children and as their current kids grow even older they will fade into obscurity. Once the small children are older they won't be able to rely on the cute kid factor.

I think they are thankfully on borrowed time and I'd be amazed if one or more of their children didn't do a tell all book or interview at some point. Personally I hope they do as they have used their children to create this lifestyle with no thought for how it affects them.

MrsSkylerWhite · 10/07/2021 09:42

Don’t know who they are - I looked because I can’t find my glasses and thought it said RashfordsGrin

Just read the 13/17 bit, don’t want to know any more!

Have a good day all Smile

MotionActivatedDog · 10/07/2021 09:42

Sue's first pregnancy was the result of statutory rape

Statutory rape isn’t a thing in UK law.

DinosaurDiana · 10/07/2021 09:42

The kids don’t seem to have hand me downs, they’re always getting new stuff. And of course the clothes are unwrapped on camera, and the seller mentioned.

Mumoftwoinprimary · 10/07/2021 09:43

Sue was born on the 22nd March 1975.
Noel was born on the 24th December 1970. (Presumably why called Noel.)

Their first child, Christopher, was born on 7th May 1989.

All of this is in information that they have put online.

Counting back Christopher must have been conceived in August 1988.

At this point Sue was 13 years and 5 months (it would have been the school holidays between her Year 8 and Year 9.

Noel was 17 years and 7 months. (If he had stayed on for A levels it would have been the summer holidays between Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth. If not then he would have been a year out of school.)

WhoNeedsaManOfTheWorld · 10/07/2021 09:43

Grim
I don't know why they are celebrated. She was underage so it was rape and he should be on the sex offenders register
The kids are being given publicity for money whether they consent or not
They are an environmental disaster

MotionActivatedDog · 10/07/2021 09:44

I don’t really get why people “follow” them. There’s only so many times you can be excited by the same couple having a baby and throwing it into the mix of all the other kids. How is that interesting to people? Isn’t it like Groundhog Day?

DinosaurDiana · 10/07/2021 09:45

I had one pram for 3 kids. They seem to get a new one for each child/grandchild.

EmmalineC · 10/07/2021 09:45

Are they celebrated though? I get the impression that people watch them in a kind of horrified awe. It certainly doesn't seem like a genuine happy house of family fun to me.

It's like being jealous of people on Facebook who post fabulous photos of their family life, walks on the beach, watching the sunset, parties with friends - the reality is often somewhat different.

BrozTito · 10/07/2021 09:47

Paedo noel still doing the rounds? I know somebody who got 5 years for doing what he did

TheTallOakTrees · 10/07/2021 09:47

Wow Wow Between year 8 and year 9 and he had left school That's yuck.
Chewbecca · 10/07/2021 09:49

They earn more than you OP, surely that’s not unusual? It’s normal nowadays for social media influencers to have lots of possessions and some extra ££.

I don’t aspire to their lives.

Popxsixcle · 10/07/2021 09:52

They will feel lost when the youngest is 10. But Noel is 51 now. He's going to be 70 when the baby is an adult. It's definitely time to stop.

Sue definitely seems abit nieve. Is she not afraid for the safety of the kids? When you show everyone what you have and drawing attention to where you live and stuff. I'd not want to do it.

It can't be benefits. Id love to know what they get paid. Noel's just bought a huge new unit for his business. But I bet the pies sell well because of who they are now.

OP posts:
tedsletterofthelaw · 10/07/2021 09:54

@OhRene

Noel may work hard but they are still taking LOTS in their entitled benefits as a top up. Their child tax credit amount alone must be staggering.

I don't have any love for them though. Those kids are the childcare. And just because they have stayed married and had more children, it doesn't make it okay that Noel was 18 when he impregnated a 13 year old child.

Tax credits are limited to two children so I doubt it's that staggering
DinosaurDiana · 10/07/2021 09:55

I’m assuming he’s renting the unit ?
And the pie shop isn’t big. It closes at 2pm.

jasminoide · 10/07/2021 09:57

If you watch the first programme they did and their vlogs now the difference is MASSIVE. They were all about hand me downs, caravan holidays, the house was a mess, Sue had to lock the fridge as they couldn't afford the kids taking snacks. The extra money has definitely gone to their heads. I'm glad for the kids though, a teen boy being rationed to 2 fish fingers is horrible.

Popxsixcle · 10/07/2021 09:58

Not sure if he's renting it but he showed the large unit and they are now doing that up (more money)

I'd be so uncomfortable showing off like they do.

I also think it's sad Millie hasn't moved out and has stayed home now she's a mother herself. She should surely want some independence to raise her child.

OP posts:
MotionActivatedDog · 10/07/2021 09:59

Yes I remember watching the first few shows and thinking all the kids were quite thin.

megletthesecond · 10/07/2021 10:00

Only future tax credits are limited to two children. Older claims are still per child.

Popxsixcle · 10/07/2021 10:02

@jasminoide

I know! That's the last I saw of them. So I watched this morning and was just shocked at where they are now at.

You'd never wish for the kids to suffer. It's good they can afford more food etc now. I just find the rest so distasteful. Freebies. I flicked through her Instagram page just now.
