So. I was listening to Zoe Ball this morning and Joe Wicks came on which got me thinking...

He's a really nice bloke. But I really don't like him! So unmanly and squeaky of voice!

Same with Michael Ball. Annoying grin and smugness!

This is totally lighthearted by the way, but are there any celebs that are totally lovely, but you can't stand them? And why?

I don't like any of the left wing. woke lot so that doesn't leave that many left for me to like, as many of them probably are too scared to ruin their careers if they say in public what they really think. So they hide under the radar which makes not like them or respect them either!!!!

I'm answering this on the basis of their popularity, as they are never off the telly/in the news, not who I should like

That Yorkshire woman with the farm full of kids, the two legged kind not goats.

Lauren Laverne. I really want to like her. She's my age, similar background, similar interests, we even have mutual friends/friends of friends. I admire her work and her career. But she just rubs me up the wrong way.

Same for Dermot O'Leary. I end up with a mysterious heavy cringe straight out of nowhere every time I watch him.

Stacey Solomon. I would like her as a mate, I'm sure, but I'm puzzled as to why she's become 'famous'-she's just a bit meh.

Can I just say I have disliked John Barrowman way before the "getting it out" incident .

He always has a very "Ohh you ladies lurve me but you can't" air about him.

And on This Morning (with Fern'n'Phil so years ago) they did a cocktail making contest . Everyone else did very thought out original drinks . He basically put Lilt on a frosted glass and won just because Oh, look at me I'm JB

My DH and DS love him in Torchwood but I'm immune .

I’ll give that a listen - not a fan of Joe Wicks at all but I listened to a podcast with Louis Theroux and Rylan and it completely changed my opinion of him but in a good way.

I didn’t like Joe Wicks but then I heard his episode of Desert Island Discs and heard him in a whole new way. It was totally heartbreaking - he grew up with a drug addict father and a mother with OCD. I don’t begrudge him his cheery adult persona any more.

Keira Knightly. I have no rhyme or reason to it but if I saw her on tv I’d have to turn over.

Victoria Coren-Mitchell. She's one of a rare breed of unaffected people on TV, but I don't think she's a good host and she's nowhere near as funny as she's been led to believe.
