How do you eat one of these?!

Without getting cream and icing everywhere?!

I tend to grab and bite as even slicing it into bite size pieces squashes it too much!

Is there a way of eating it that I’m missing, that won’t leave me looking like a toddler at a tea party?!

How do you eat one of these?!

I have never tried one but I like the naked against the tree approach best.

@sadeyedladyofthelowlandsea

You buy the six pack of frozen ones from Iceland. They're smaller than normal ones, so you can shove the whole thing in your gob in one go with minimal cream loss (once they've defrosted. Don't try & eat them frozen).
As if I needed any more temptation!

@JackieTheFart But they're smaller, so you can eat more of them...

I'm with whoever said pull top and bottom apart, eat the bottom with the cream then the top with a little cream and all the icing. Yum! Cake

Gently squish it down and lick the cream out until it's small enough to take bites.
This is known as the Aunty Mary Way of Eating Ice Cream between Wafers, and I can testify that it makes the ice cream taste much better.

turn it on its side and shove it in your mouth. Bite it while protruding your lips and sucking hard enough to prevent any cream escaping.

lick your fingers afterwards.

you should probably wash your hands before you start.
