Anyone looking for Fitbit friends?

Hello all

Way back in March, @FlatteredFool started a great thread on mumsnet called anyone up for a fitbit challenge. Ever since then, a small bunch made a group on Fitbit where we've been enjoying daily and weekly challenges, both against the group and our own personal best scores. It's made lots of us move more and do step counts we'd never have dreamed of before - it's such a lovely encouraging little group.

Anyway, if you're on the look out for some daily encouragement too, and you're just looking to get moving more, we'd love to invite you too and share the motivation - the more the merrier! Just post your Fitbit username here and one of us (probably me or @Huggybear16) will add you as a friend there and invite you to the group and challenges too.

Anybody else have a charge 4 and sync issues? I have to reload the darn thing from scratch!

I've had to unsync and resync my charge 4 from the phone a few times - but I've always assumed its my phone being an arse as it's quite an OAP in phone years!

I'm doing the bingo challenge thing and got a bit over excited and wasted my minutes flipping 2 unnecessary tiles 😂 Think I've got the hang of it now!

I've never played it before and just keep flipping any tile I can (not sure it's the correct strategy but 🤷‍♀️)

Oh hahaha with the Bingo challenge you to need to flip over the tiles to make the pattern at the bottom. However, you can get bonus tiles so if you choose one that's not in the pattern you can swap a tile, or reduce a tile or sometimes even just flip a tile. It takes a while to get the hang of it, and I also still turn over the wrong tile occasionally 😂.

Just tried doing a hiit workout-lasted 5 minutes! Think I'll stick to walking

I'll add you both too. Our original challenge to ourselves was 100k a month Lauren - it's an average 14k a day if I remember correctly and is a great target 🙂
