Anyone looking for Fitbit friends?

Hello all

Way back in March, @FlatteredFool started a great thread on mumsnet called anyone up for a fitbit challenge. Ever since then, a small bunch made a group on Fitbit where we've been enjoying daily and weekly challenges, both against the group and our own personal best scores. It's made lots of us move more and do step counts we'd never have dreamed of before - it's such a lovely encouraging little group.

Anyway, if you're on the look out for some daily encouragement too, and you're just looking to get moving more, we'd love to invite you too and share the motivation - the more the merrier! Just post your Fitbit username here and one of us (probably me or @Huggybear16) will add you as a friend there and invite you to the group and challenges too.

Thank you @Jumpers268. I’m so excited, none of my friends in real life have a Fitbit -I’m normally trying to rope my 10 year old into challenges so she’s very pleased I’ve found some new mates on here

I need to get back on my ball. Since the dog bite fiasco I've not been on the ball with anything literally and figuratively! It's my birthday soon and I think I'll buy myself a bike helmet and get back on my bike too. Mondays used to be my cycling days. I did 11/12 miles as my standard ride. I miss that time to myself singing along as I cycle 😂

We're full up on the second group now so I've done a 3rd one 😊.

My sister wants me to go cycling with her but honestly my balance is bad enough on the ball never mind on a bicycle 🙈😂.

Can I join? I have a shameful average of 2870 steps

Added you @UpTheRainbowRoad. This week's hustle is a mixture of steps but for the next one's I'll sort them into "leagues" so you'll be in a group with similar step averages 😊. The rest of the challenges are based on your own targets .

Ok how do I stop my real name coming up on the group? I tried to post and then had to quickly delete it so if anyone saw me do that, well, oops and hello 😂 My display name comes up as ItsNotNormal everywhere else on Fitbit so I'm confused...
