Hastings - is too obvious and as mentioned above he’s been pushing to find H and he’s too emotional. H is someone calm and calculating.
Osborne - I again think too obvious. I think he’s in on it but like many others because H has something over him. Plus he’s not been in the middle of it like the others.
Arnott- he’s been through too much, nearly having his fingers cut off, thrown down the stairs etc... I think it’s going to end with him moving to Liverpool to be with Johns wife.
Kate - she’s never been in any real danger, always finds herself in the right place at the right time. Nothings been mentioned about her past, that I can remember anyway. She’s manipulative and always manages to do alright for herself. Yes she was a DC at the beginning but so was Dot and yet he managed to work his way up, I think she’s done the same. Not sure about her being Jo sister, surely when it came out Jo was Tommy’s daughter Kates DNA would have been linked too. Though I wouldn’t rule out he being Thurwells daughter. I also think Jo thought Thurwell was her Dad. I think like Dot, Jo & Ryan she was groomed and planted in the force but over time she’s taken control, even manipulating taking out other senior members of the OCG.
