I've recently found an amazing chocolate peanut butter cake by Nigella! I want to find some more interesting recipes to try not just the standard ones.
Please send your best recipes here!

Don't Judge it for being a Tesco recipe - this is absolutely amazing, works every time, and looks beautiful because it's a Bundt cake!

I made this for my husband's valentines day present. It's not difficult but there are quite a few steps. It's incredibly yummy thegreatbritishbakeoff.co.uk/recipes/all/steph-black-forest-chocolate-cake/

Second this - it's an absolute showstopper!

This is my current favourite, Hummingbird cake, a tropical carrot cake.

This orange cake is lovely and really easy to make. I usually make the sponges and then do a chocolate ganache for the filling/top and it's always a hit:

The ultimate chocolate cake mentioned above is also a go-to of mine and never fails.

My favourite chocolate cake - always get asked for the recipe! The stout stops it being too sweet.

If you like cake, and like reading, then I enjoyed this book recently: A Slice of Life: women babies cakes www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08VGWSGSV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_XVCT1Q53NY1EJ7BEXP5Q?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

It’s sort of mumsnet distilled into book form, follows a group of women who meet at antenatal and develop a friendship for life. Like most of us who have experienced maternity leave, cake features heavily, and there are several recipes within the text, some of which I really must try!
