What to do with left over beef?

I have about 400g of left over topside beef from a roast yesterday. It’s beautiful meat but DH and I don’t like cold beef and I’m struggling to know what to do with it. Any ideas? Thanks

Put it in the freezer and reheat for another roast

For me it would be stovies, beef rendang or a chinese beef casserole. All of which can be frozen :-)

Asian style beef & noodle soup.

Reheat with leftover or fresh gravy, serve with potatoes & vegetables.

Make Cornish pasties or meat pie, especially if you've also got leftover gravy.

Chop, combine in a rich tomato sauce, serve with pasta or use to make lasagna or moussaka.

I'd have baguettes with beef strips

I’d have it on baguettes too, but with fried onions and mustard 😋

I'll be making stovies with it.

Oooh beef curry! Or heat it up with gravy and onions in a pan and serve in buns sign chips!

I love a chilli made with chunks of beef.

Definitely hot roast beef and onion sandwiches in a crusty with a splash of gravy.

Or freeze the beef and then reheat in gravy, possibly with shortcut veg/potatoes for a quicker roast dinner.

Or fry up with peppers, onions and fajita spices and have in wraps.

We are having hot beef baguettes later with onions and horseradish mmmm

We almost never have roast beef at home. .

Cheese steak baguettes.

I did this the other week with left over brisket. Just put it in the microwave, splashed a bit of water on it to stop it drying out and covered with cling film. Put it in a baguette topped with cheese and fried onions and put in the George Foreman to toast. It was delish!
