Is anyone else not doing anything special or different today?

Feel like everyone is doing nice stuff
Haven’t even got any nice food in.

No just another really long walk with the family & possibly heading to Aldi later , rock & roll!

No, worked today so it’s just a normal day.
The trouble with days like today is that everyone is out. I’ll go out when the kids are in school !

Not done anything at all today.

Just got a very boring tea in the oven, and that's about my sole achievement. DS has been to football training and spent the rest of the day in his room. I've barely spoken to him.

In fact, I said crossly to DH today This just feels like a year of Sundays.

Boring, nothing to do, nowhere to go.

Nope not doing anything today. Not even a special dinner, just a normal one

We ordered a nandos because no one fancied cooking, dh and ds cleaned the car, I've done some colouring with him this afternoon... nothing particularly special or unusual for a Saturday.

Tomorrow we've got a mini egg hunt planned for ds and then I'm planning to make Shredded wheat nests with him (well as much as you can with a 1 and a half year old)

I've seen lots on social media about things people are doing, but it's not particularly warm today

Stuck in isolating thanks to staff member at my child’s nursery. We’d ran out of activities by lunchtime (up at 6 😭) and have been climbing the walls since. Roll on bedtime!

We've done zip. Went to costa for a drive through coffee. It feels like a Sunday. I was bored but with no motivation to do anything.

I've been doing planning for next term and dd has been doing A level course work. Dp doesn't know what to do with himself and has been messing about on his laptop. He's doing the weekly shop tonight; he usually goes Sunday mornings but the shops will be shut.

If dd was young, I'd have done an Easter egg hunt or treasure hunt tomorrow but it will just be a normal weekend for us.

Been for a nice walk and having a take away tonight...but we would do that most Saturdays so nothing special really.

Nope, dh has been doing some work in the garden, dc and I have lazed about doing not much. Reading and playing games.
So quite a typical Saturday, lazier than many but much needed this weekend. We’ve got 2 weeks off now, plenty of time for more really exciting and interesting walks 🙄😂

Erm... I made bread and soup for dinner. Played with DS in the garden a bit. Nothing special.

Nothing special. Been for a run on the downs, went for a beach walk and hot chocolate with dc3, snoozed on the sofa, now waiting for dh to cook dinner.

I went grocery shopping.

Now we are having an indoor BBQ. Not connected.

I live by myself. Spoke to no one yesterday, today and probably not tomorrow. Going to Tesco on Monday, which will be a highlight.

Not much exciting here. We walked to town. I bought yarn to add to my ever expanding stash, along with stuff we did actually need.

The girls have Minecrafted and showered, I've cooked tea & plan to crochet while they do more Minecrafting, or watch Minecraft streamers 🤷‍♀️

No, not at all. We had a take-away but only because DH messed up the dinner he was cooking. It wasn't even a nice take-away.

You should be thanking them, for risking their health to look after your child.

Nothing. Nothing tomorrow either, except an egg hunt for the kids. So bored and hating the weather being cold and dull still. Have nothing much planned for entire year really.

We did a bit of baking and I cleaned, the boys did some gardening and we tried to make home made pasta which was a pretty big fail, so Add to that 3 out of 4 of us have colds...

Going to drown my sorrows in whatever chocolate I can find.
