If you could create a machine that takes over body admin, what would it be?

I would like to create a 'periodic womb lining remover' .

Instead of a period once a month, have a little powered turkey-baster style device that can suck out the contents 🤢🤢🤢 and all done until next time.

What magic contraption would you create for body admin?

This exists.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menstrual_extraction

Wow - I had no idea.... I will investigate!

Exercise.
My grandma used to go to the 'toning tables', as I understand it you sit and read a magazine and they wobble all your fat away.
If only they worked.

Doona · 01/04/2021 19:52

That is both scary and revolting

WeatherwaxLives · 01/04/2021 19:53

Something that removes hair. So, all the hair I want gone it just does it while I read a book or something. Painlessly. Like a little robot hoover that just whizzes about and leaves me with perfect eyebrows.

Toning tables!

I worked in a salon with those in the 90’s. They did work, but you had to work with them. Reading a magazine and letting the tables move you wasn’t ever going to work.

They were really good. Some were all body tables. Some you moved around to the next one that was for legs, or waist.

You had to push against the resistance. Or were meant to anyway. People who did them correctly lost inches. Most wanted to come in leggings and leotards and read a magazine.

Good on your Granny. She’d have got good flexibility from them whatever.

YES!!!

Imagine if this was a thing. A toning table type bed - sleep on it for 8 hours a night, 6 pack guaranteed.

Something that did a wee for me.

It's just so inconvenient!

Hawkins001 · 01/04/2021 20:02

A device that automatically downloads information and knowledge into the human brain, so it can be instantly used, rather than having to 're read ect

Stichintime · 01/04/2021 20:02

Hair removal, hair cuts.

AgentProvocateur · 01/04/2021 20:04

Something that washed and dried your hair for you automatically, and styled it too.

Bigoldmachine · 01/04/2021 20:06

I think I’d rather just have a period the normal way OP!

I’d definitely buy this if it was ever invented.
GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 01/04/2021 20:09

I'd love to never have to be involved in pooing again.

EssentialHummus · 01/04/2021 20:10

Pregnancy and childbirth please!

doodlejump1980 · 01/04/2021 20:10

God yes! If men had to go through this every month, there definitely would be a more effective way of getting rid of it every month.

StealthPolarBear · 01/04/2021 20:14

Dobby that might have been my mum's scathing description of them :)
Wake me up when they've invented something that burns the fat and tones while I sit reading on the sofa. I'll pay for the premium option if I can also eat cake at the same time!

Ah, yes - I remember thinking a catheter was quite practical when I was on bed rest in hospital for a few days after an operation!

Goodness! I came here to say Back Scratcher and massager as I sleep but the OP and a few other posts, including 'no more poo' have made me realise I need to change my goal in life. I want all of them!

whenthebellsring · 01/04/2021 22:05

Oh and body admin? 😆

DontDrinkDontSmokeWhatDoIDo · 01/04/2021 22:19

@whenthebellsring - we could add a massage & back scratch to the auto-suck & waste disposal-as-you sleep system!!!!

DramaAlpaca · 01/04/2021 22:21

I'd like something that would cut my toenails for me.
