What is an easy yet impressive buffet dish. Easy to transport!

For a low key do happening in the Summer. I dont want to faff too much. I havent decided savoury or sweet. Whats your go to recipe? Ps I dont mind buying ready made😂

As a PP said, i over like to cater on veggie food. If I had to bring something, a huge colourful modern salad with a grain/bean/carb would be easy and look good.

Buffet spread:

• Jamie Oliver pasta salad with olives and mozzarella balls
• Rocket, Parmesan and pear salad with pine nuts
• Giant couscous, tomato, halloumi salad
• chickpea and chorizo salad
• overloaded cheese board with grapes, figs, etc
• charcuterie board
• lots of bread

Cheese and fruit platter
Mozzarella amd sundried tomato salad
Cherry tomatoes slowcooked with garlic and oregano and crusty bread

Slowcooker oulked pork and cruaty bread
