So, I've got just over a stone of lockdown weight to loose. I spent the week doing 16/8 fasting and cutting out carbs. I love carbs
so was really difficult. I struggled to not be hungry but carried on.
After missing my weekend drink and all the other nice things like a biscuit with a cuppa, I had my weigh in tonight..........
Nothing! Lost absolutely nowt. 
Now trying not to give in and eat a weeks worth of crap in one sitting.
Just needed a rant!
