It doesn't matter what your opinion of M&H is - whether you love or hate them is not a reason for bullying obsession on national TV from a man who regularly makes racially offensive comments (including that embarrassing clip where he spoke in fake Chinese ) and has used his position to hound and hound a woman who actually has done nothing illegal, corrupt etc.
He is a vile misogynist and if this is all about ratings there is no point just moaning about it, we need to stop watching him, and ITV.
It is a serious issue, and not 'froth' when people comment in this stuff. The JK horror showed what can happen when TV is used as an arena in which to bully and humiliate people. ITV is a prime national TV station.
It is a national embarrassment when America watches one of its citizens talk about her feelings at the hands of our establishment. Because whatever your beliefs about her, it's hard to think 'no smoke without fire' - when Princess Michael of Kent wore a brooch of a caricature black person to meet her (how ignorant and unaware, really), when our Prime Minister talks about 'picaninninies' while on state business.
