ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 07/03/2021 20:51

@PicsInRed you are implying that HMQ and her parents were pro Nazi. There is absolutely no evidence for this. That is unfair.

oakleaffy · 07/03/2021 20:52

Bloody hell....do watch that video!

FRAUDS!

@earsup I'm sure he was on something last week, comparing MM to the POW

Of course Meghan knew who she was marrying. Even if she didn't quite understand the ins and outs of joining 'the firm' beforehand, this would have been explained thoroughly to her before she married him. Anyone who thinks somebody can marry the son of the heir to the throne, and not go through exhaustive procedures about what is involved, is naive.

I think, like Diana, the reality was very different from the fairy tale. Unlike Diana, Meghan was older, not from the same social class - Diana, lest we forget, was a Lady, who mixed with Royalty from a very young age. Meghan, I think, quickly realised that whilst she wanted the celebrity of being married to a Prince, the downside, the restraints, the protocol, the "duty" was too much.

Diana would have coped with all that Meghan couldn't cope with - the duty, the Royal tours, the protocol. All she wanted was to be loved, and not one part of a "threesome" marriage. I think Harry does indeed love his wife very much, and has given up a lot for her. If Diana had been loved as much by Charles as Meghan is by Harry, she would have been extremely happy with her lot.

Meghan leads Harry by the nose. For how long, remains to be seen.

ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 07/03/2021 20:53

@oakleaffy I've watched it. The context still matters.

Tippexy · 07/03/2021 20:55

@Tippexy

Sooo does anyone know where to stream it?! Wink
@Missdotty was that a link?!
ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 07/03/2021 20:56

@SophieB100 I think had Diana not died, Harry would not have married Meghan and William probably wouldn't have married Kate, without the trauma they suffered as children, they would be very different men.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 07/03/2021 20:56

Just waiting for the parasite paul burrell to pop up

So am I Grin

I can't abide the man, but considering what the RF had to do to keep him out of the witness box I do wonder what he could spill (and how much he's making out of keeping quiet)

No wonder he's got that ghastly smirk on his face all the time ...

SophieB100 · 07/03/2021 20:58

@ChocolateSantaisthebestkind
Totally agree.

No....I very clearly stated that Ed and Wallis were Nazi sympathisers. This is public record.

Shall we now return to the topic at hand? Or shall we continue this ridiculously obvious derail.

ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 07/03/2021 21:02

@PicsInRed no need to get huffy, just be aware of how your words come across.

ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 07/03/2021 21:02

You may have stated one thing, but you intimated something as well

Sprining · 07/03/2021 21:04

I wonder if they are doing this interview because they sort of feel obliged to. After all Oprah seems to have really helped them make the transition. Maybe it is payback time now, however gently done

Certainly will! Spirit of the Bulldog etc. 🇬🇧

Anyone know what time is this interview airing in the States, but in GMT time? Will we have the cribbs notes version by the time we wake up?

VladmirsPoutine · 07/03/2021 21:07

@PicsInRed Should be 1am

ChocolateSantaisthebestkind · 07/03/2021 21:07

@Sprining megbot give over! Why the F do you think OW was at the wedding, they have been planning this all along! I really hope you are being well paid...

Roussette · 07/03/2021 21:07

1am as I understand it

VladmirsPoutine · 07/03/2021 21:08

I'd stay up but have to be up at silly o'clock tomorrow

BigWolfLittleWolf · 07/03/2021 21:09

There is no evidence that the RF exc. W&E supported the Nazis in any way. There is no evidence of collaboration
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

CathyorClaire · 07/03/2021 21:11

She'll be the future Queen Consort. She has 3 children and one of them will be the next monarch

Not unless the unthinkable happens to both Grandad and Dad.

In which case we'd be welcoming Fresh Prince Regent Haz...

FrippEnos · 07/03/2021 21:11

PicsInRed

Both sides will have had time to dissect and get their views out.

PicsInRed · 07/03/2021 21:11

Thanks, goodness, I probably won't stay up for 1am 🤣 but will be interesting to see what was said over the morning coffee.

Well, yeh, but if my auntie had balls she'd be my uncle.

PicsInRed · 07/03/2021 21:12

If the internet's been switched off we'll know it was really bad. Grin
