what can i do tonight with chicken thighs?

I am bored with my usual recipes. I usually do;

chicken cacciatore
creamy chicken casserole
chicken pasta
honey soy sesame chicken with rice
stuffed chicken thighs (cream cheese, spinach and sun dried tomatoes
chicken nuggets

I'd love some new ideas!

OP, I was so tempted to suggest going for a jog, or maybe some aerobics.

Pop in a roasting tin with peeled quartered potatoes (or unpeeled baby potatoes), mix whole lot with plenty of olive oil, thyme or oregano if you have it, garlic and the juice of a couple of lemons. Roast until all are golden brown, turn potatoes once or twice.It's lovely - tangy, savoury and greek-ish.
