Best dog names you've ever come across

What are the most memorable, unique, or lovely dog names you've come across that you will never forget?

I met a dog called Beetlejuice today, thought it was brilliant! I also used to know a dog called midnight, never met another one but always loved the name.

We walk a dog called Duncan. There is a new puppy in the park called Furlough

I met a "Duncan" in the dog park last week!

Outing myself because I don't know another dog with this name, but my current Pup is called Bubbles. She's a chocolate lab.

Bumbledog who was quite famous on MN was previously called Bubbles... I kept thinking about MJs pet monkey and didn't like it. Our lovely ice cream man thought of Bumble and as he was black and tan it seemed quite suitable!

Oh I never knew that about Bumbledog. My youngest son won the luck of the name draw with our Bubbles. The rest of the family had chosen: Mary, Milo, Willow and Sylvia... But no, I have to stand in the park shouting "Bubbles!"

My brother had 2 (male) rats called mum and dad (I know the post was about dogs but I've always found their names so amusing so thought I'd share)

Ex's dog was called Thor which was pretty awesome :)

We are getting a puppy soon and calling her Ruth, so she can say her own name.

Great Dane called Baby.

When I was little my neighbours had a dog called Tubs, he was a mixed breed and had 2 different coloured eyes, but I have always loved the name since then

We have two Boxers, they're called Raymond and Christopher.

Our local radio presenter has a rescue dog called Dorothy Squirrel.

I know a pug called Francois which I thought was rather fancy
