What is for dinner?

We are having slow roasted pork with prunes and apples. And roast potatoes and brussel sprouts.

I have separated the skin so i can make it into crackling.

I cannot wait.

Was going to be king prawn stir fry with egg noodles, but we ordered a Chinese takeaway on a whim last night so I don't really fancy it, feels a bit same-y..

Pizza! We do this once a week and ds has chosen today.

Yesterday we had a roast with all the trimmings and tomorrow we are having curry.

Dunno, I've just sent DH and the kids outside because the sun is shining. Fingers crossed they bring back snacks and then I won't need to cook proper food!!

We're doing a very lazy three course dinner, to pretend we're at the pub for tea!

Starter= bread, hummus, olives, chorizo for the carnivores
Main = meat pie for the carnivores, stuffed mushrooms for me, new potatoes, vege
Dessert = chocolate brownie pudding and salted caramel ice cream

Prosecco or beer to drink

Coffee and mints to finish

I'm even going to put a dress and some make up on!

Macaroni and cheese. We have leftovers from yesterday, so reheat that.

Although I have creme brulé for dessert that was supposed to be our valentine's treat and I didn't eat it in the end. Decadent for a Monday 😂

Sweet potato tacos; I’m trying to do more meals as a family rather than DD eating first because she’s an incredibly picky eater. Hoping the DIY nature of tacos will win her over!
