Favourite toastie filling

I started a risotto recipe a couple of weeks ago and got some amazing ideas, and ice already tried a few.

So now I'm after toastie ideas! A lot less technical that risotto but still want to make them tasty. I always go for tuna and DH chorizo and cheddar. I'm thinking brie and bacon with some onion chutney??

Banana and tomato

Love a toastie! I bought a toastie maker last year and have tried most of these combos. Favourite is turkey, cheese and chutney, but I have even tried and liked nutella and banana! This week I am going to try the puff pastry idea (i really hope this works!) , and the chilli wrap - sounds yum

Cheese tomato and either caramelised onion chutney or chilli chutney.

Cheese and onion, cheese and ham, or cheese and jalapeños.

Baked beans.
