I recently found out the name of something which was discontinued years ago and I still mourn.

Terrys Moments - Hexagonal chocolate with a caramel filling inside

Orange Chewits I swear are gone too.

Anything else missed?

You can get Heinz tinned puddings. We take them camping.

I miss Waitrose pecorino dip. They only stopped doing it in the last year or two. My god that stuff was like crack

WhatWouldPhyllisCraneDo · 26/01/2021 19:19

Mars dark and light. I think they were limited edition. My mum bought us all one as a treat but it was lent and I'd given up chocolate. Mine sat in the cupboard until Easter and then I savoured every bite.

Pot mash. Like pot noodles but with flavoured smash in.

DS said quorn hot dogs. No where seems to sell them anymore.

amymel2016 · 26/01/2021 19:20

Cadbury dairy milk with shortbread in. It was AMAZING

lomojojo · 26/01/2021 19:21

Astros!

BrookePalomoV · 26/01/2021 19:23

Fuse bars. That said Cadbury is tasting really weird and kind of oily now so it probably won’t be nice anymore. Agree with pp about Cadbury’s.

SallyCinnamon3009 · 26/01/2021 19:24

Do anyone remember posh noodles from the late 90s? Pot noodles but posh flavours like Thai lemongrass.

Also strongbow edge from about 5 years ago?

mrsawhite · 26/01/2021 19:25

Helenluvsrob · 26/01/2021 19:25

Oh yes to BK mushroom double Swiss!

Also Vesta noodles, the ones you put in a pan of hot fat and they puffed up.
Mmmmm!

EleanorTopaz · 26/01/2021 19:43

Diamond Blush (cider)
Vodka and Russian (mixer drink that tasted like peach)
Birds Instant Whip
Yo-yo mint biscuits
Spanish gold (coconut sweet)

TinkersRucksack · 26/01/2021 19:47

Coffee angel delight. God it was good

Brieminewine · 26/01/2021 19:50

Pizza fingers, Cadbury’s top deck and I think they were called asteroids in the 90s a sphere of chocolate with water around and then shell like a smartie 😍

Brieminewine · 26/01/2021 19:51

Oh and those calpso sour shot ice balls and cherry brandy lollies from the ice cream man..looked all over for those when I was pregnant!

ladymuck111 · 26/01/2021 19:52

Ladybird69 · 26/01/2021 19:53

Whaaat! Where?!
OrangeBananaFish · 26/01/2021 19:56

Yes to Spira (much better than a twirl)

Also I am mourning a proper Terrys Chocolate Orange with popping candy. I know you can get the teeny tiny segments, but its not the same as the actual orange.

Proper size food. PP mentioned Crispy pancakes earlier. While they are still made, they're bloody tiny.

chocolatespiders · 26/01/2021 19:57

Sainsburys vegetarian Cumberland sausages... In French stick for a Saturday lunch!

SamWidges · 26/01/2021 19:59

Sara Lee frozen black forest gateau, mum used to get one every year at Christmas

BarbarasStripedHands · 26/01/2021 20:16

Greggs Meat & Potato pasties.

I had a real craving for one just before Christmas and went to Greggs for the first time in years only to be told they're discontinued Shock Since then, I can't stop thinking about them!

CheeseMongrel · 26/01/2021 20:19

@WhatWouldPhyllisCraneDo

Morrisons had some pot mash in the other day for £1 a pot. Not sure it was called pot mash or another brand name but it was definitely different flavoured smash in a pot!
