That means I will need to eat when I'm out and about. What's so wrong with that.
Nothing wrong, I just can't understand adults who MUST have a fixed lunch and whose life revolves around food.

My life doesn't revolve around food, but if I'm not home at a mealtime, I have to eat outside don't I, so what's wrong with it?
Mollymarvelous · 15/01/2021 20:54

Religious family members , Baffles me how some intelligent people I know can just have blind faith and believe creationism. I secretly think less of them and think they are brainwashed by money grabbing church leaders. ‘Faith’ shuts down any discussion.

People that feed the kids chips and nuggets and allow them to be overweight then they get bullied and grow up with self confidence and health issues . I don't judge overweight adults as we all make choices and it’s harder for some people than others.

People who can openly and proudly say they ‘can’t do numbers’ . It’s should be shameful like saying your illiterate. Apologies there was a poster who said exactly this earlier and it’s not directed at them.

People that can waft around without a care in the world because they come from money and it doesn’t matter if they make mistakes or don’t get a serious job. I’m also jealous.

People that have zero tolerance or understanding of recreational drugs and think one spliff will turn all kids into heroin addicts.

DenisetheMenace · 15/01/2021 20:55

Smoking/drinking alcohol when pregnant or breastfeeding. Smoking with children in car/house.
Swearing at their children.
Feeding fries covered in salt to tiny tots.
Not picking up dog poo.

MyDiamondShoesAreTooTight · 15/01/2021 20:56

Cheap crap car seats

Badly fitted children’s shoes

People who don’t discipline their children properly so they are little shits.

Smarshian · 15/01/2021 20:56

People who don’t read to their children.

People who allow their children to become obese through eating junk and lack of exercise.

RosesAndHellebores · 15/01/2021 20:57

@roarfeckingroarr what I really judge are the perfect exclusively breast feeders who once they wean feed their dc cheap hot dogs from a tin and nuggets and chips or other variations of "children's food" and can't cook generally.

Also judge women who were like ducks to water with bf and have no empathy for the difficulties: physically and emotionally, that other women face .

MellowYellow101 · 15/01/2021 20:57

@MarthasGinYard

'People who don't even try to breastfeed who have no medical or emotional reason not to. If you can't, you find it difficult, you stop after the initial months - totally fair. But to not try even with colostrum and first few weeks? Hmm'

ODFOCC

I had a friend years ago who was pregnant the same time as me. She refused to breastfeed because she thought it was disgusting and it would ruin her figure more than a baby did.

She went on to have a second surprising but physically you would never have known. She was a size 6-8 through both pregnancies

Sarapq2 · 15/01/2021 20:59

bloodywhitecat · 15/01/2021 20:59

I drive a petrol car, I have several children close together in age (babies 5 months apart), sometimes my children have double barrelled names and I drink gin!

I'm buggered aren't I.

I foster children so have no say in their names but I do have a say in age gaps. I wonder how many would judge me when they see me out and about with my fosterlings Grin

Far friendlier than diesel 😊

MarthasGinYard · 15/01/2021 21:02

Not sure why that was aimed at me.

I am an advocate for BF but also for choice.

Gwenhwyfar · 15/01/2021 21:06

"People who can openly and proudly say they ‘can’t do numbers’ . It’s should be shameful like saying your illiterate. Apologies there was a poster who said exactly this earlier and it’s not directed at them."

Why should it be shameful to be bad at something? You can make an effort, but if you don't have a natural aptitude, you'll always struggle.
If I had dyscalculia you wouldn't judge, but because I'm not good at Maths you do. Confused

It was a response to a comment.

Jeez someone needs a chill pill.

Gwenhwyfar · 15/01/2021 21:07

"(babies 5 months apart),"

How is that possible?

MarthasGinYard · 15/01/2021 21:07

So what is your point?

That she remained as you call it a size '6-8' ?

Just curious

MellowYellow101 · 15/01/2021 21:08

My point is I was responding to a comment and you're being rude. So take a chill pill and don't message me again!
MarthasGinYard · 15/01/2021 21:10

I'm not 'messaging you' I'm asking on a thread?

roarfeckingroarr · 15/01/2021 21:10

I was a size 8 throughout pregnancy despite eating like a hog and then breastfeeding. Not sure of PP point.

maturinsslothe · 15/01/2021 21:11

Oh, fucking everything. All of it.

bloodywhitecat · 15/01/2021 21:11

@Gwenhwyfar

"(babies 5 months apart),"

How is that possible?

Because, as I explained, I foster. I specialise in babies and children with complex medical needs or those who are drug withdrawing so I may have a six month old baby living with me and be contacted by SS to ask if I can care for another baby and very often I will say yes.

I specifically said I don't include people who try and can't or find it difficult. My judgment is ONLY for women who don't try or even consider it, even for the first few days. I just don't get why - if you can - you wouldn't when you have a newborn

Mookie81 · 15/01/2021 21:14

@BonnesVacances

People who drive BMWs, especially with personalised plates People who have a canvas picture of their wedding day or family portrait on their wall People whose home decor looks like a picture from the Next directory People who wear flip flops in the rain or in winter
I'm 2 out of 4 Grin.

My point is she was very body conscious and made the decision not to, the Instagram influencer who didn't want people knowing she was expecting as it would ruin her "image" and she wouldn't get the free clothes.

Each to their own, her body her choice. I was simply responding to someone saying they didn't understand why new mums won't breastfeed and she chose not to because it would ruin her boobs and body for the show. Didnt hate on her for it but she just had this look of disgusting when any mother would breastfeed near her.

There was no need for PP to be rude, all high and mighty about it though. Anyway I couldn't care less either way, not gonna lose sleep over a complete random needing to remove a pole from their backside.

penguinhats · 15/01/2021 21:16

Wow really nasty thread. Quite an eye opener!
Genuine question - do the people who judge so much on here think they are perfect themselves?
