Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

B - porridge, ground almonds, sultanas, cherry jam (didn't really work tbh)
L - leek and potato soup, pear, raw fruit and nut bar
D - homemade pizza and salad
4 squares of dark chocolate and a coffee and walnut cupcake

Breakfast - natural yoghurt, oats, raspberries, manuka honey.

Lunch - vegetable cous cous with sliced roast chicken

Dinner - Friday cheat meal of fish and chips from the chippy, Magnum ice cream for pudding.

Drinks - matcha green tea, camomile tea, a skinny latte, water. 3 single vodkas with diet coke this evening.

D black bean chilli con carne, chard. Grapes. Black coffee and some G&B milk chocolate

Today

Breakfast - yogurt, manuka honey, raspberries, oats, dried coconut. Skinny latte and matcha tea.

Lunch - omelette made with 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms and a handful of cheddar. Cucumber and carrot sticks. A small Kit Kat.

Will have another latte later on and dinner will be salmon with vegetable rice.

No chocolate yet. That suggests I'm ill, but just none of the right sort in house

Very, very heavy on the carbs today and I’m not sad about it Grin

Lunch - half a carton of chicken soup, carrot and cucumber sticks, a mini Toffee Crisp bar.

Will have another skinny latte when I get home.

Dinner is going to be beef koftas with flatbreads and salad.

An apple, 2 eggs and a slice of toast for breakfast

Jacket potato, sweetcorn, cucumber and chicken thigh with mayo
1 x chocolate digestive and a fruit juice carton

Now that I've written that down, its not been too bad a day! Should probably have skipped the toast this morning though...

Two slices of sourdough toast with sundried toms and goats cheese and spinach. Cup of tea

Cup of tea and two wholemeal digestives

Lasagne
Alcoholfree lager and lime.

Bit light on the fruit and veg front today.

Oh god, 4 wispa chocolate bars but multipack so they were tiny, hula hoops, greek chicken with rice, salad and potatoes. I might go and have some nachos but I do fancy chinese
