Greggs vegan sausage roll
3 hash browns, half a tin of beans and two slices of toast
Pasta with home made pesto, peas, asparagus and broccoli

Breakfast - Blueberry wheats with full fat milk

Snack - satsuma and Nairn’s chocolate chip oat biscuit

Lunch - warburtons thin with 2 slices of quorn ham and mustard. Cucumber and carrot sticks and a dollop of red pepper houmous.

Snack - blueberry liberté yoghurt and square of dark mint chocolate

Dinner - Mexican rice, half and avocado and roast sweet potato, red pepper and courgette cooked in olive oil and fajita mix.

B granola with prunes and yoghurt, toast and Marmite, black coffee
S black coffee, apricot flapjack
L avocado and chorizo on toast, grapes, tea
S sourdough crumpet with Marmite
D macaroni cheese with bacon lardons, baked tomatoes, green beans and peas. Stewed rhubarb and creme fraîche.

Yesterday...

Breakfast: bagel with soft cheese and ham, 2 cups of coffee

Lunch: white bread toastie with cheese and ham (spot the theme here...) another coffee

Dinner: cheese and tomato pizza with a few chips.

Snack (I'm terrible for late night snacking): chocolate buttons and a glass of baileys.

Yesterday was an incredibly unhealthy day lol

Breakfast - matcha green tea. Yogurt with oats, raspberries and manuka honey. Latte.

Mid morning - camomile tea.

Lunch - half a carton of tomato soup, carrot and cucumber sticks, a Breakaway biscuit bar.

Mid afternoon - one latte.

Dinner - tandoori salmon, coconut rice and veg.

Plenty of water to drink.

Decaf latte

Lunch: homemade lentil and tomato soup with lots of bread and butter

Two scoops of ice cream in the sunshine
Cup of tea

Handful of dried fruit

Tea is spaghetti puttanesca

Lots of squash to drink

2 brioche rolls
A chicken curry and rice microwave meal.
Drank water and warm pink squash.

I now can't decide if I am hungry or not or if it is too late to eat or not (not long got home from work)

D mushroom stroganoff, rice, roasted cauliflower. Black coffee and half a flapjack.

Been a bit of a grazing day for me

Sourdough with peanut butter
3 biscuits
Greggs vegan steak bake
Another slice of sourdough with marmite
Dinner will be buffalo chickpea and cauliflower in pitta with salad, pickled red cabbage and some wedges on the side

Cheese on toast.

Quorn chicken, stuffing and brown sauce cob.
Packet of plain crisps.
Belvitas hazlenut.

Curries: chicken balti, daal, mushroom balti. With some rice, chips and naan.

Three coffees with sweetener.
One tea.
Few glasses of squash.
Can of pepsi.
A lager.

Might have something sweet soon.

L strange mixture of leftover mushroom stroganoff on toasted olive bread and leftover roasted root vegetables. Half an apple.

D leftover macaroni cheese from Monday, roasted red cabbage, roasted tomatoes. A couple of crackers and cheese. Half a baked apple with vanilla ice cream. Tea.

L- chicken wrap, protein bar, pear, small bag of popcorn
D- sushi, edamame beans
S- entire family bag of caramel popcorn, more Lindor chocolates that I care to admit to Blush

porridge with brown rice (random and yes, I’m a weirdo), nutmeg and honey

cottage pie, cauliflower, carrots, mash and gravy (homemade at work)

some black grapes, a few Thorntons chocolates and a selection of crappy crisps

A cheese toastie with salad

It’s carbs and sugar a-plenty on a 12-hr shift - you just have to fuel yourself.
